Mercury in Scorpio/Moon in Gemini question?

My Mercury is in Scorpio. When I am working on something, I get the feeling I am more needy of a quiet environment than average. Is this a Merc in Scorpio trait? I know that Merc in Scorpio are diggers, which is very true of me. Do I require the quiet because I am so busy "digging".

My moon is in Gemini, which I think adds to it, by constantly making me think of other things I have to look into/amend.

Or is the combo exactly: Scorpio is busy digging and Gemini wants to work on 12 things at once?

I'm a Scorpio sun, etc. as well.

rhio, Thanks for your reply. I really hope what you say to be true! It would not only be befitting of my years of ceaseless efforts, but it would make life easier for a lot of people. I've dealt with a lot, ignored a lot, but most importantly learned a lot.

I am also a Scorpio sun with Mercury in Scorp and Gemini moon. I like peaceful, silent settings with no interuptions at all times. I only "dig" into something or someone if I am really interested. At that point, it can become a bottomless pit of needing to know more and more...

You are approaching a new dimension of your life in which you will no longer feel that you are more "needy of a quiet environment than average". You are moving into a new expression of your life in which you will CREATE and GENERATE all the environments, and ONLY the environments you desire. Conflicts and confusion will soon be concepts from your past.
