I'm an Aries with a virgo rising. Now that I know this, I'm able to understand certain things that I didn't before. But how is it possible to be 2 signs at one time with 2 completely opposing traits. For example...Aries is outgoing, Virgo more reserved. Aries like to control, Virgo not so much...

I guess what I want to know is how is it possible to balance a personality with such opposite characteristics.

And also...what would be a best match for me if I have a fire sign with an earth rising???

this is not even really opposites, Capricorn would be the one real different from aries.

anyway its simply possible because they rule different areas of your life

your sun- is the inner you.

your ascendant- is the way you act and how you portray yourself to the world.

who you are and how people see you and what your inclined to do are completely different things.
