Tell me a thing about capricorn that doesnt match with astrologers' description.?

i will say seriousness....capricorns arent always serious. the way astrologers describe us it seems we dont laugh, we dont show expression n r always into business deal. but that isnt true. whats your opinion? my friend always says i am lively n funny. what about jim carry? he is a capricorn too. and he is one of the best comedians we have today.

plz dont give that astrology is evil, it sux, dont believe in it. skeptics i am not looking for your answer.

I think the descriptions I've seen are extremely accurate, but other people misunderstand what they read and see, and think we're dead serious 24-7, unemotional and cold, and that work is the only thing that matters to us.

i think it's bizzare how they descibe us, like robots. like we only care about our success. it ticks me off cos sometimes i couldn't care less about things..

I think its mostly true, capricorn does what he does when he thinks he needs to.

the only problem with people is they judge capricorns when they dont even know them, they mostly only spend their time and energy on people close to them.

actually in all the astrology I have read about capricorns say that we have a good sense of humor, and it is truth, I am a very funny person once you get to know me.

I know 2 Capricorn who are quite funny! My old co-worker and my friend's fiance'. I also know one who I don't know what he's thinking about that I've been intimate for over 5 years. Go figure.

Some astrologers depict Capricorns as having no expression. It is true but but but,it doesn't make them humorless.

I agree. Capricorns get easily misunderstood. Everyone just looks at them being serious and uptight because they seem to only care about their career which is not true even tho they do give alot of thought into future and money. I love capricorns, i feel completely comfortable with them. and yeahhh they do get easily turned on =D

I agree with the mask analogy above. Many see them this way but capricorns just need to be a little more social. Then people would understand and see the real side of them.

I think mostt descriptions of signs are in general..most of the capricorns I know are really serious and get down to business..but I'm the total opposite. It really depends on the person..maybe some qulaities will work for a capricorns personality but others wont...also theres like 100000 million different descriptions of what a capricorn is.

Serious can mean being dedicated, setting a goal and accomplishing it. It doesn' t always mean lacking of personality! Capricorns are described as rock - solid and enduring. Your personality can be lively and funny, but are you a very dedicated person? Jim Carey is an awesome comedian...but think of the hard work, goals he achieved. Sure, funny is innate, but he had to have dedication to get where he is today. There are many funny comedians who do not have the fame he does.

Well...my mom is a capricorn and her sense of humour is not the greatest in the world. I mean she loves to laugh but she's not a joker and majority of times she is serious. My dad is a capricorn too but he's a joker...but he's closer to sag so he might just possess some sagittarius in him as well...

I dont feel success in comedy to be relavent as a significant number of people sucessfull in this field are actually predisposed to depression or other debilitating psychiatric disorders. I am a Capricorn rising with Saturn in 11th house. I know I am too serious. Dont want to be, but, feel to be other wise would be to role play and attempt to be other than what I am. I am not geared to success. Rather, I would find more satisfaction in bringing joy and comfort to others, particularly those I feel close to. There are many other factors in a chart to consider. For instance, Saturn 11th Scorpio, sextiles my Sun 10th Virgo almost exactly. I mention this for the purpose of iluminating the nessecity of viewing chatrs wholisticly.

I love being a Cappi, baby! Wierdness, quirkiness and sardonica! Ambitious, powerful and noteworthy! I don't really like being labelled too serious and pessimistic although I am sometimes. I fully love my sign.
