You'd need to have their exact birth times and the places of birth, and I doubt that you can get them from publicly available files. But, tell me wrong, I think I saw Sinead O'Connor's horoscope in a public magazine years ago.

No way of saying. I could try and figure out, but it would take me ages to do so. At the moment I've been very busy with moving house and painting, so figuring out someone's rising sign is the least of my intentions right now. Besides, I don't like Sin茅ad that much...
