It is very difficult to know about the word 鈥楢strology (jyotisham)鈥? when we think about it. All what we know about it is the stars, zodiac signs and their impacts. It is very difficult to predict the type of impact of each planet that delivers. Various scholars predict in different ways about the impacts of a planet.
What is the truth? Does it matches the person who is being predicted? Or is it opposite to what is being predicted and also to be analyzed.
The 27 stars, we know, posses 27 different kinds of properties.
Sometimes it is very difficult to even for well versed and expert astrologer to predict and analyze the type of relation between Nakshatra-lord and the Rasi-lord, the division of the 27 stars in the zodiac signs. A Person cannot be called an astrologer just because he is able draw the horoscope, because drawing a horoscope is a numerical job.
Drawing the results from the horoscope after analyzing the chart needs impartiality, rationalized thoughts and above all God鈥檚 grace. Thus the predicted results may match with the person or may not match. Each nakshatra has four divisions and 27 nakshatra has 108 divisions and these are divided by 12 zodiac signs , each zodiac sign posses 9 divisions. In this way it has to be calculated that which planet sits in which zodiac signs. The results have to be analyzed.
At present every one who is practicing astrology is not analyzing chart in microscopic manner, but they are just predicting the remedies on mere observation of the period from the lagna chart or they are frightening the people with these out line observations stating that the horoscope of the person is malefic. we have think that up to what extent our predictions match the person, when we go in the method mentioned above. Basically if a horoscope has to examined, we need to know what is the problem with the lagna , it鈥檚 related bhava, planet, period, aspect, the friendly (mitra), enematic (satru), and equals (sama), and then if the predictions are given the client gets satisfied to a greater extent and derives good results out of the predictions, believes and honors of the sastra, what I believe .

The word astrology, generally reminds only the results of the predictions. But at the same time we can predict the sorrows and happiness, pros and cons of a person, in the life. The result is derived on the basis of 12 bhavas- the various planets in the bhavas- aspects of a planet.
Horoscope: A person鈥檚 lagna and star can be derived on the basis of place, time and date of birth by using the almanac. The planetary positions, i.e. which planet is in which zodiac and which star mahadasa at the time of birth, sesham, and basing on that mahadasa sesham bhukti can be derived. Every individual can analyze this with a basic knowledge.
Derivations (predictions): Knowing what is going to happen in what period basing on the impacts of the planets in the horoscope depending on the lagna, star and planetary position in the bhave at the of birth.
Vedic remedies: The process that explains remedial measures for various malefic effects of planets in the horoscope.
Santhi vivaralu (details of propitiation): the specific puja from the defects or the rules to be abided to obtain the relief.
Match making (compatability): Generally, we tend to hurry through the process of the finding a marriage and take our own decisions irrespective of the horoscope of the bride and groom. Ex. We think that the bride and groom are made for each other, but it is very important to know the off springs, wealth (Santana and bhagya yoga), and the marital life of the couple. Does the bride鈥檚 and groom鈥檚 nature are similar or at least they match or they opposite to each other is vital. To know all these one has to carefully analyze the horoscope of the bride and groom and then decide on match making. Mere matching, on the basis of stars is not sufficient.
Varsha phal : Generally, there are five types of predictions. Viz. mahadasa, varsha (yearly predictions) , masa (monthly), vara (weekly), dina (daily) predictions. According to hindu tradition predictions from the year are based on the planetary position according to our zodiac and star on the of ugadi (telug new year day) and necessary precautions to be taken.

Such yantra has to be installed in the homes and business establishments for prosperity and protection . Theses yantrras have to be offered daily poojas as it bears life.
