We won't be able to tell you if he is or not. Get to know him and this will let you know if he is the one. Your a Virgo and he is a Capricorn which is good astrologically speaking. But life experience applies more to people than astrology. Have your eyes, mind and heart OPEN. Don't EVER say just because we match astrologically he is the one.
