My daughter was born on 2.12.2007 at 2.16 am
I am planning to give her name Mohitha.

While calculating name value, Initial should be added to her name or initial to be excluded.

While calculating name value what should i consider either Mohitha or A. Mohitha.

Without initial the value is 9. with initial the value is1.

Which number value will be powerful for this date of birth? So that i can select name accordinly.

You should use the whole name; first middle and last. If you are giving her 2 middle names then calculate both in with her first and last.
Given the birthdate she's a 5. These are almost the equivalent of a Gemini. They are quick witted, flighty, and won't want to be held down by routines. To balance that out I'd recommend a name equivalent to 6, 8, or 9. I did not want to limit it to one name since it seems you feel that the correct numerology will somehow bless the child.
However I would like to remind you that people do not grow and learn if everything is handed to them. If the child has some difficulty in life it will only make her stronger in the long run.
You should also pick a name that is not too common or too unusual in your area. The child could be confused with others if it is too common, or be ridiculed and made fun of it is too unusual.
