First Meeting chart?

Hi, I am asking for this chart on behalf of me and my fiancee.

She was born on 17th July 1979, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, USA around 16:20pm

I was born on 8th July 1977, in Salisbury, Wiltshire, UK at 10:50am

We met in May 2006, via email
We first saw each other via web cam in June 2006
We met in person on 12th November 2007 in Granite, Oklahoma, USA between 5 and 9 pm.

We are planning to get married this year, and have penciled in the 27th April 2008.

Apparently we need a first meeting chart done.

Can anyone see anything great and not so great about this? Thanks

its called relationship chart..you have topunch in the info.birth time,place etc.
they are free ....if you need more detailed u buy.

"personally, i see nothing wrong with this information but your embassy will require proof. This means hard copy letters exchanged between you and your fiance as well as other supporting documents to trace your relationship. I hope you haven't reformatted your computer disc as these mayhelp.

For further advise, i suggest you go over to your consular officer here in the philippines. he would be best to ask.
