How do you make a Scorpio fall madly in love with you?

I'm an Aquarius girl and I want a Scorpio guy I've been seeing to become as passionate for me as I am for him. He gives me plenty of space so I don't feel crowded, but I'm to the point where I actually want him to crowd me. It's funny, everyone here is saying that Scorpios don't fall easily, chase anyone, and don't do what you want, but when I was with a Scorpio....man, that was the exact opposite!!
