Earth as Co-Ruler of Taurus?

Has anyone else read of this.....Venus is in charge of both Libra and Taurus, but planet Earth is recognized as the co-ruler. Based on the Taurean's raw, earthy nature. It could also explain the love of horticulture. Any ideas?

I still cannot find the book I read this in, but I think it makes sense.

I've researched the possibilities. and even taught it. An astrologer can use Earth as a coruler of Taurus. It will work. The keywords are: Ponderous, thunderous, plodding, steadfast, sincere, determined, slow, loyal, stubborn. Look at Earth as the ruler of your Taurus house and see the house and sign placement, modify the keywords accordingly. For example, Taurus rules the tenth house, Earth is in the third in Virgo: Your life path is about analytical application with steadfast learning. You may consistently apply communication techniques in your career, or teach writing. You can concentrate and have a steady mind.

it cant be because from earth it would appear that earth is in all of constellations. after all the reason you are born Taurus is because earth is in a position in the sky where the sun appears to be in the constellation of Taurus. this means earth would be in every ones signs. as for ruling a certain sign, well its the same thing. it would have to rise in that sign, which is impossible because its like saying i saw the ship i was in from the horizon. that doesn't make sense since you are in the ship. the one you saw was a different one. however if you were on a different planet, i would say earth would probably appear in Cancer because the moon is the ruler of cancer and it orbits earth. then again the whole sky would be different on a different planet.

Nope.... Venus rules Taurus and , the other co-rulers are Mercury and Saturn by virtue of their rule on the 2nd & 3rd decan respectively.

Ive read a theory somewhere that Earth rules the Ascendant/rising sign position, and thats why we act the way we do, to fulfill our earthly duties.

Actually I heard that taurus is ruled solely by Earth hypothetically, and venus rules libra. I dunno.
