Out of all Air signs, of course, but I think Libras have more power when it comes to love.

If you only want one answer, please clarify...... you are asking two questions here: greatest and most intellectual. Also, please note that there is a difference between intellectual and intelligent. Do you really mean intellectual?

Most intellectual would be Aquarius IMO. I can't vote for the greatest, because I like them all.

Aquarians because they see the big picture.

Geminis are quick, Aquarians are innovative and Libras are the most logical. (I am a Libra.)

theyre all geniuses in their own way, what really sets them apart is what aspect theyre on. mercury favorably aspecting uranus is a good example.

2. Libra

Libra is the only Air sign which is considered "Cardinal" which means a Natural Leader, therefore they have incredibly progressive minds and are always thinking about the next step. They stay ahead of the game. Also, they are almost always bookish.

Gemini is just rebellious and Aquarius hates change because it is a Fixed sign.

3. Aquarius.... although gemenis are quicker and Libras think for the ahead of time, Aquarius have one thing, neither of those have and that offsets the battle...

Aquarius are predicters and this alone, offsets the battle... they are by far, the biggest thinkers of the zodiac, they know the most, they learn the most, and they can crack the most tricky questions and are solved in an ankward easy way...

Aquarian problems... their aloofness and distraction are bad turns. Libras can stay focused on one thing, and gemenis can be multiple tasked, aquarius however are always too distracted with something new and how "how to improve mankind" to even worry about that... also, they are the 2nd of the 3 in speed thinking terms... being libra the slowest...gemeni is a fast thinker...

Libras are undecisive which doesnt help them at all... also they are the ones that think the least
Gemenis are undecisive as well and are easy to manipulate... they come in 2nd at how much they think
Aquarius are not as undecisive as the ones above and they are not easy to manipulate (fixed) and can easily reach a conclusion, they are the ones that think the most...

Its like the aquarians are what lacks on gemenis and libras... but the downside is, they are lonelers, compared to libras and gemenis, they can be pretty lonely, they can socialize, but they need their loneliness time, to think towards the future and predict things...
