Are there any indications in Astrology of sexual preference?

I've only heard that a lot of Gemini women are bisexual and Libra men tend to be gay. Heard anything like that?

Something like that. I think it tends to be indicated on the Mars, Venus, Uranus aspects. I've read something similar to that before - with aspects to Venus, Libra leading to bisexuality/homosexually...? Or that could just be wishful thinking of the dual nature of Gemini and Libra.

No, not true at all. I don't know of any bisexual gemini woman at all. But the part about libra might be true, as they're ruled by a feminine planet(venus).
Venus-uranus aspects, and mars-uranus aspects might show some signs of sexual deviancy. Also having venus in aquarius or mercury conjunct venus as well. Having the eighth house cusp on aquarius as well could make someone gay or bisexual. Lastly, mars and venus in stressful contacts to neptune might do the same thing.

Being born between late May and late June makes this more likely? Most gay men are Libras? What about gay women? Has there been any studies or statistics to support this? This could be verified by gathering the proper information. Astrologers have no use for statistics. It could supply evidence to prove them right, but more than likely prove them wrong.

Astrology excels in stereotypes and pigeon-holes with no data or evidence of any kind. This make it a bigoted concept.

Astrologers stress the uniqueness of the birthtime, for personality reasons. But they can not know race, nationality, sex, or possible physical problems (autism, blindness) unless they are told.

I think astrology charts can be useful to know from what things or for what reasons might someone is considered gay. Maybe a man can have many strange feminine influences that socially are defined as gay qualities so I think charts can provide info.

Libra is ruled by Venus, goddess of love. This is the most feminine sign next to Taurus (also ruled by Venus).
Gemini are two faced, not bisexual. Leos hang out with just about anyone so often they can get labeled as bisexuals also, and Capricorns are so prude they can often be viewed as gay.
I know TONS and I mean TONS of pisces women that are gay or at least bisexuals. Does that mean that majority of them is? No. It means that most I have met is. It differentiates in culture, upbringing, and other factors.

Truth is there is no indication in astrology that points to whether or not a sign can make someone gay, and I myself am a firm supporter that astrology can define a persons character and well being. Science is the only thing that can really cover the mental and gene aspects of what determines a person to become gay. Your zodiac sign alone will not determine this because you can conduct a survey on as many homosexuals and it is likely you will find a broad variety.

That's a bunch of bullsh*t! There are homo and bi sexuals in every sign. Libras and geminis are not the vast majority! I'm a hardcore fan of astrology and never in my life have I read this! That's like saying scorpio women and men can swing both ways since they are both very sexual and rule the sexual organs... come on.

I'm Bi and I'm A Libra....It's doesn't really matter what sign you are...there are different aspects in each sign...which can determine homosexuality.

It's been said that there is. However, I tend to recognise a difference between personality and sexual preference. I don't like the notion that there might be, because that would also give the notion - because an astrological chart shows possiblities and options as well as initial personality - that sexual preference can be adjusted.

Which in turn could make people believe that contrary to what homosexual people commonly say that they didn't choose their sexual preference, just as heterosexual people didn't choose theirs, are all lying.

I like to think that homosexual people are honest about their feelings and that they honestly cannot change their sexual preference. Just as I cannot change mine (even though sometimes I wish I was gay just to avoid man problems...)


However - not saying one has to do with the other - I've noticed that those gay people that I know (one excluded because I don't know his rising) have a Aquarius rising. Both male and female.

I couldn't help but notice that chainlightning - who claims to be against prejudice and bigotry - seems to generalise things himself. Not *all* astrologers work the same way. So don't generalise them.
