Who would be the perfect guy for a virgo girl?

In my opinion Hon, Taurus or Scorpio.
Taurus (your fellow Earth sign) is steady enough to suit your desire for consistency, yet sensuous enough to draw you out emotionally. Taurus will provide you with a good home life and is stable enough to not upset the delicate Virgo balance.
If you want to take a walk on the wild(er) side, Scorpio fits the bill. No one is more faithful and dedicated than Scorpio. Scorpio is possessive, but Virgo doesn't usually mind; if you can take Scorpio's occasional passionate outbursts, you could be great together.
Technically, you could get on well with Capricorn too, but I'd predict a rather dull relationship.
Men to avoid at all costs are Aries, Sagittarius, and Pisces.

Virgos element is Earth. A Virgo wants a smart, conservative, wise man. Virgos are judemental and dont need a free sign such as the Fire signs. Stick in you element (Earth). Capricorn would be good.
