I found that other water signs (like: cancer, pisces) and earth signs (like: virgo, taurus, capricorn) and other scorpios tend to get along with a person who's a Scorpio. I have a few friends and family members who are Scorpios, my cousin is a Scorpio and she's married to a Cancer guy, my aunty is a Pisces and her husband is a Scorpio, I have a Scorpio female friend (she's the most Scorpio person I know, she has that intensity, jealousy, determination, vengeful, loyal persona about her) and her best friends are Scorpio, Taurus, and a Virgo. I have a guy friend whom I really connect with and talk about anything and everything with and he's a Scorpio, his best friend is a Capricorn. I'm a Scorpio-Sagittarius cusp with more Sag than Scorpio traits, and my best and closest friends are Scorpio, Pisces, Leo-Virgo cusp, Virgo-Libra cusp, Sag, Gemini, Aries, Libra, etc. That's all just based on my experience... so yeah. =)

Too many battles for control between Scorpio and Capricorn in my opinion...Scorpios can get along well with Geminis so long as gems have strong earth or water and scorps control their intensity and learn to live in the moment.
