Is a trombone on a bass clef or a treble clef??

i am in band and i dont know?

Good question! In most brass bands they read treble clef and play it as a Bb instrument, but for everthing else, it's bass clef and concert pitch.

The trombone plays on the bass cleff. Bass clef instruments do not transpose.
