Can a girl full of heart break like myself produce a kick a** album?music?lol =D?

Depression is the sister of the muse. Heartbreak, life experience is the building stuff of a good song. After that it's all about can you paint a picture with the words and is the music that goes with it going to work as well as be liked.

The rules too songwriting are simple.

Does it work? If yes then your doing it right.

Do people like it? If yes then your doing it right.
No matter what you do somebody won't like it so go with the majority of honest opinions but also learn from all criticism even if you feel it's way off base.

Complicated is not always better. If it's simple, it works and people like it keep it simple. Showing off usually robs your work of it's life. Smothers it in egotism that few appreciate.

If it's simple and it doesn't work try complicating it. If that still doesn't work then throw it on a shelf and try a new song. One day you might feel inspired and fix it.

Throw nothing permanently away but be your own worst critic and dice out three quarters of your work. It might not be ready, might need the right framework or it just plain might not ever work. Keep it though, you'll be surprised how many times you go back work from years ago and seeing it from a new angle you suddenly figure out what it's missing.

The only thing wrong with your aspiration is that your waiting. Why haven't you started on it yet? You done yet? :)

i believe you can because you've experienced it, just put your emotions into words and express it in music when u're done. You can always try :)

everyone goes through heartbreak. if u want to make a kick @ss album be musically inclined. if not, make sure u surround yourself with people who are, yet still convey your feelings. like i said earlier, everyone goes through heartbreak, and thats how theyll connect with you
