How does Jack Montrose rank among jazz saxophonists?

Hes no Charlie Parker or John Coltrane but who is? Jack who? Sorry.

I think he is 14th, but my memory is a little fuzzy.

8/10 He is a chop monster.

I've never heard of him, so I guess not that high. It's hard to rank high on the list when no one knows who you are.
