I'd be willing to bet it's New York City, L.A., or Chicago. 20X more people in NYC, 7X more in L.A. and 4x more in Chicago than in NOLA.

Per capita (for each person) NOLA might be on top, but not for the most clubs in the city.

I would say, ''New Orleans'' because that's where jazz originated from.

New York City with the most followed probably by Los Angeles. Both cities are arguably have the most active jazz scenes in the nation.
