Does anyone know of a Jazz tune database where you can find out details of the song?

Is there a database where you can put in the name of a specific Jazz recording, and receive results on who is playing on the track, where did the song originate, chord changes, and that sort of thing? I have many Jazz tracks, and I would like to know more about them.

you could first check the name of the jazz tune in google. or you could use this: http://sudo.3.pro.tok2.com/Quest/home/ar...

Yea, check out www.allmusic.com
It's very organized and resourceful.
As far as getting the chord changes to a tune, you'll probably have to pay for it. Check out a real book, I recommend anything from the New Real Book Series. They are around $30-$40 each, yet they are so worth it. Or you could check one out from the library.

Try googling: Lyric Freak

It's a web site that offers lyrics and other facts relating to the song of choice.

lol., i dunno, wikipedia, maybe. x)
