Instrumental Desperate Housewives Music?

Hey guys,
Does anyone know if the music on Desperate Housewives instrumental music is available for download somewhere or purchase? In particular, I really wanted to get the song from last week's episode, "Now I Know, Don't Be Scared," at the very end when Lynette found out she doesn't have cancer.

The main theme is by by Danny Elfman, (Oingo Boingo, Pee Wee's Big Adventure) and I think it's called "Desperate Houswives"

I'm not sure about the specific song from that episode, sorry.
