One of my favorite songs is by cannonball Adereley .. "Primitivo", also "the jive samba" is a great song.
What I would like to know is does anyone know of anymore great old jazz like this, I listen to miles davis, coltrane and thelonious monk, im looking for something alot like that stuff.. but i really love the sounds of primitivo and jive samba.

Saw him live with the Miles Davis Group in Montreal at La Com茅die Canadienne in 1962.
What a great performer. Along with his brother Nat they had good sessions.
