I have a pen and ink drawing that jazz great Miles Davis....?

.... drew for me on a piece of paper about twenty years ago. It has several elongated women and is signed by him. What would be the best way for me to sell or auction this off, and would you have a ballpark estimate to it's value?

i would hold on to it...but if you want to get rid of it hit miles davis website and contact the fmaily they may amke you an offer or know who to sell it to

Value is hard to determine.you'd have to consult an expert appraiser for that. I'm sure, however, if it's signed by Miles as you said, it's gonna have a pretty fair $$ figure attached.

The biggest venue for reselling would, of course, be eBay. Or, a private collector, if you could find one, might be willing to buy as well.

Good Luck - sounds like a way cool item.

I have no idea. But I just wanted to answer to say WOW! That's amazing! Do you have a picture of it you could post??

Regardless, Make sure it's in a frame and taken care of!

I quick way to give you an idea might be to do a search of COMPLETED auctions on ebay for similar items.

Might give you an idea of what people are willing to pay. I gotta think that it won't be worth much unless you can VERIFY that it is his signature.

Wow. Miles Davis drew a picture for you. You may want to think twice about selling it. It is a very special gift. Unless you desperately need the money, I'd hang onto it, have it professionally framed to protect it and display it proudly in your home.
