Is 16 to young to play sax and become GREAT at it? |
Is 16 to young to play sax and become GREAT at it? No age is too young. That's the great thing about music! If you set your mind to it, practice daily, and possibly even take lessons, you could be GREAT! The biggest thing you have to learn (especially in jazz) is how to feel the music and express what you are feeling to your audience. I agree... I'm only 11, and already trying "Tequila!" The best thing to do is try to have fun!! NO. Actually, it's a little old, not young. But even if you are already 16, you can still get great if you practice a lot and have natural skills. Yeah. Souns like he or she is "wh*ore" sorry to say it. no age is too young to try to play an instrument. but it takes alot of practive to become GREAT at it, just try harder and harder and maybe youll do good, but with time. just be patient, it wont come easily. it is possible Not too young. Most musicians start at a much earlier age than 16. But you may be naturally gifted and can learn to play and become great at it. The little boy I nanny for has been taking piano lessons since he was 5 years old. He is naturally gifted and can play as well as most adults. My daughter started playing the alto sax at 10 years of age, and she is really good at playing it. Wanting to do this is half of learning how to play it. It's a perfect age! And with practice, you can become great. 16 is a great age to start to hone your craft..Harry Connick started at 16 No Not at all. My nephew started playing the drums when he was three. Now, he plays the drums, keyboard and guitar. And he's a wonderful singer. He has his own band now. I wouldn't think so, as long as you're devoted. Motivation and commitment are what hold people back from doing something great. |
