Stardust is one of my favorite songs of any kind, especially the version by Illinois Jaquet. Its an instrumental, no singing.

Autumn Leaves is another great, in my opinion.

The best standards are the ones that are so sacred that the schmucks, ...uh, I mean cats that play pathetic pickup gigs, clutching their Real Books at your local hipster arts cafe, never touch, i.e. A Love Supreme.
