I'm a 17 year old without a job, so anything not to expensive would be great, something that i can preview my music audibly, I know, it seems alot to look for, but anything would be great My friend has Finale Allegro, which seems to work great and is a cheaper version that doesn't have all the features of Finale. You can preview your music with it and it has trombone. The latest version(of Finale) has a jazz font. Allegro is $199 if you buy from finalemusic.com. There are two versions that are free, but I don't think they have the features you want. Finale (the whole shebang) has loads of features I think you would like, and its $600 unless you want upgrades. It's the FREE Version.. no cheaper than that.
Then if you find it doesn't meet your needs, you can move up in steps from there. Finale has about 4 levels of spending until you get to the full blown Finale version. |
