okay so i know i asked a similar question but noone answered. So anways I'm a 10 year old dancer and I absalutly LOVE it!!
I do jazz and hiphop but mainly jazz. I am kind of felxable but i want to get better.
i suck at turns and i want a higher leap. So basicly what I am looking for is any exersizes or stretches anything you have that will help me improve will be fabulous! Thanks soo much!
Any types of turns or links or anything will be helpful.
Just a list of certain turns and leaps and things we need for hiphop + jazz.

As for your weight, it doesn't matter how old you are, it's your height and your body frame that determines how much you should weigh. With all that dancing, you're probably fine. |
