What type of trombone does Nils Landgren uses?

i no its specially made and color
just wonder what type of trombone he uses? base?
and does pulling out the slide really fast makes that sound in one of his videos i saw on youtube

Nils plays a Yamaha, either a YSL-691 (The YSL-691 is one of the world麓s most popular jazz trombones.) or a YSL-697Z
YSL-697Z (A totally new designed jazz trombone with a brass outer slide, featuring ultra-close slide tolerances). I'm guessing it's a custom built horn for him that's similar.
