Need title to jazzy tune?

HELP. Need the title and artist name. He has a slightly high pitched nasal voice, the music is jazzy with a touch of r&b..the lyrics go: "Don't whisper words in my ear that might not come true"...and also "Don't lead me on Don't play with my emotions baby" Thanks!!!
