hmmm. How about "high speed chase" by Miles Davis. Its a fusion/jazz song.

or "It dont mean a thing if you aint got that swing" Dizzy Gillespie and Stan Getz did a cover of it, its nutty fast.

If i were to think of an upbeat jazz tune i would immediatly say "One o'clock Jump" Origionally by Count Basie but later recorded by The Buddy Rich Big Band. (I reccomend the Buddy Rich version personally).
