I am need help with id'ing a famous jazz song that was a sax-guitar song from @ 1997 -2004 Thank You!?

This song made it to the top of most of the music charts especially the top 40 and jazz charts. I believe but am not certain that the sax player was Kenny G. I don't know who the guitarist was. Thank you for your help!!
