This is bribery and making you feel guilty. What I would do in your situation is to tell her parents what she has said to you and that they had better take her threats seriously and get her some counselling if she is suicidal. That is the best thing you can do or if not parents someone close to her and also don't allow yourself to be co-erced into doing something against your will.

since i cant lift her because of her weight and throw, i will simply go away from her, after telling that if she committed suicide, she wont die and will suffer from fractures of bones.

Put her a counter condition, viz, that you will marry her only if she reduces her weight by 150 kilos, not to look more appealing or beautiful, but simply that you are able to lift her to the bridal bed on the night of consummation of your marriage. No weight reduction, no marriage. Make it sound as simple as that.
