Ignore them, lifes to short and I find it really annoys them with very little effort.

Learn more about them. If I'm gonna be annoyed by someone it's not going to be because I don't know them that well and just misunderstand them. I'm going to give them every chance to NOT annoy me

About 30% of the time I learn to live with it, so they don't annoy me that much anymore.
About 50% of the time I'm able to turn it around and actually like them as a friend.
