There is a black wearing a black glasses, driving a black car, houses, everything around him are black. There are no moon or stars. Then how can he dodges a black dog?

This is a very well known but tricky riddle. The answer is that he is driving during the day. No where in the riddle does it say that the sky is black. This is a more simple version for it states that there are no moon or stars which should strike odd.

I'm guessing this dude is blind and not dead or in a coma otherwise he wouldn't be wearing black glasses..
..so if his blind he could hear the dog and not go near it
