Is this trick or game dangerous to do?Do you think it has something to do with spirit world?

My sister taught me this weird type of spirutual thing that her mate showed her & it is extremely creepy!
To do it you have two people, one closes their eyes and relaxes then counts to 10 out loud then the second person clicks their fingers by the first persons ears 10 times adn then swings the first persons hands past eachother adnd then brings the back one to the front etc 10 times... then you go onto doing 5 then 3 then 1... then the first person repeats after the second person dead man dead man, take me to your grave... and i will follow over and over again and their arms start raising like a zombie.

No, it's not. Your muscles just end up tensing after you push against a resistance for a while, and if you let them go they'll drift up. You can get the same effect if you stand in a doorway and push your hands against the sides of the door for a couple of minutes, then relax.

(Chemically, it's cos it takes energy for the rope-like proteins in muscles to slide along each other and if you work your muscles for a while, they run out of energy temporarily so they stay stuck like that).

Hehe, I used to do that trick in Elementary school a lot. ^^ It was really fun when my brother opened his eyes really wide and pushed his arms down. xD It's not dangerous, but I don't really have an explanation for why the arms raise up...maybe cause they get restless? All I did was snaps and claps, I didn't do any "dead man" stuff, it's all child's play. ^^

YOUR ARMS RISE BECAUSE YOUR MUSCLES HAVE BEEN HELD IN THAT POSITION FOR A PROLONGED AMOUNT OF TIME.
They are "used to" being that way and therefore rise on their own..no "black magic", just science.
