No, no. You see, the other 3 actors are saying they are all going to be famous composers at the costume party so Arrnold says "I'll be Bach! and that is a reference to the famous line he said in Terminator: "I'll be back" And with the accent he has in the movie, it does sound like he says "I'll be Bach" And that is why the joke is funny! Sheesh!
