Who can solve this murder??

A man was found murdered on Sunday morning. His wife immediately called the police. The police questioned the wife and staff and got these alibis:
The Wife said she was sleeping.
The Cook was cooking breakfast.
The Gardener was picking vegetables.
The Maid was getting the mail.
The Butler was cleaning the closet.

The police instantly arrested the murdered. Who did it and how did they know?

The maid - no mail on Sunday (although I guess she could have been getting the mail from Saturday).

Wife becuase he sleeps next to the man duh and plus it is an instant so she was talking to them so the cops got her.
The staff wouldn't probebly kill him because they get paid alot for this guy has alot of staff. but the wife probebly can have argumetns and then kill him for this guys wealth I hope I get it!
BUT the maid can do it to for there is no mail on sundays and well she can kill him so Its one of these guys

The Butler did it!
As the butler cleaned the hall closet he saw the maid bent over picking up Saturdays mail and liked what he saw because she was very pretty and wore a short maids skirt and he saw she was without panties. He crept from the hall closet and attacked her and she turned and smiled at him and moaned. The husband was coming from the bedroom smelling the nice cooking smells and saw that his maid was being attacked by the butler and immediately struck the butler, while the maid ran away. The butler quickly killed the Husband with a karate kick and buried him under a tree that was freshly planted. He left dirt on his shoes which was spotted by the police and they tasered him and put cuffs on him and he told them where he buried the body.
The maid wept!

The Wife. She could have been probably sleeping beside the "husband." She couldn't have been too naive not to know her husband was dying . . .

k well the maid was "supposedly" checking the mail right when really she was having an affair with the man and the wife walk in after she woke up and then killed him and made it look like the maid did it
