The lady asked the Oriental Dr. He checks her over and asks that she remove all her clothing, get down on all fours and crawl to the far wall, turn around and crawl back.

She thinks this is very unconventional, but complys.

When she's done, the Dr told her to get her clothes back on and informed her she has the worst case of "Ed Zachary" disease that he had ever seen.
