What is the best prank to do to someone one while there sleeping?

put their bra/underwear in the freezer

I don't know about sleeping, but when someone's in the shower get a bucket of ice cold water and dump it on them. it's really funny to watch, just make sure they dont hear or see you coming.

dye their hair ugly color and cut patches of their head!
shave anything on their body.
nail polish.
makeup on their face
put their hand in a bowl of water
talk to em, see if they talk back.
put permanent marker on their face!
cut their nails all jacked.

I wouldent say makeup coz they can feel it but.... i would rather say try to but something scary or like give them a wet wille or something like that just to give them the chillls!

I had a cousin who opened his zipper and stuck a sausage in his pants and then put it in the mouth of another guy who was sleeping.

if there is a bunch of people over, get everyone a rubberband and shoot it at the sleeping person at the same time, or ihde a bunch of alarm clocks in someones room and set them all for the same time! or find a way to lock them in their own room...
oh yea or put bloches of hair dye in there hair while their sleeping , i did that to my brother one time it stayed in for a long time lol

Short-sheet the bed.
Remove the blankets/spread/comforter and pillows.
Take the top sheet off and turn it upside down, so that the top is at the foot of the bed.
Tuck the bottom of the top sheet, which is now at the head of the bed, over the top of the mattress, so that it looks like the bottom sheet.
Pull the top of the sheet up to the head of the bed and arrange it so that it looks normal.
Notice that the sheet is not as long as it was before, it's shorter!!
Replace the blankets/spread/comforter and pillows, as if the bed was never touched.
Do not tell anybody what you are doing, so you can do it multiple times to different people.
Then, just sit back and watch the person try to get into bed.

Yes, it is mean. But, I don't do stuff like that. I was just telling about it because my friend did that to someone once and I remembered about it.
