Song i heard, sung by a woman, "prittiest face i've ever seen" or something? help!?

i was listening to the radio and i heard a song that said something like "you're the prettiest girl i've ever seen" or "the most beautiful girl in the world" or somethin like that and then lyrics sort of like "what are you doing to your face" or something i dont' remember but it was sung by a woman. i know thats not very helpful and it sounds kinda gay but it was a cool song-any suggestions as to what it is?

Could it be "Why Do You Love Me" by Garbage?
