What is the name of this recent dance song?

I remember liking a song about a year back in the summer but I can't remember for the life of me any lyrics or anything, but I remember the video for it.
It was black man walking down a street on a sunny day [he kept walking in one direction, left]
one of the main lyrics was either "____I'll be thereeeee" and like echoed on for ages, that was the main lyric.
It must have been either 2005/06 release.
Please help, it's really bugging me!!
