Why is the "Ye" blurred out in Kanye West's "Good Life" video?

Has anyone noticed that a word is blurred out in the "Good Life" video? During the following verse:

Till she feel boozed like she bombed out Apollo
The good life, it feel like Houston
It feel like Philly, it feel like D.C.
It feel like VA, or the Bay, or Ye
Ayy, this is the good life.

Anytime I see this video on VH1 here in Los Angeles, the word "YE" always appears blurred out. Anybody know why? Seems weird.
