in which i could sell my lyrics to As I've answered before to other people: DON'T SELL YOUR LYRICS!" If you "sell" them, you have ZERO ownership, and can make no money except the initial sale. What you need to do is affiliate with one of the Performing Rights Organizations (ASCAP or BMI) and get published. That way, you hold the copyright and can collect royalties from it. Also, if you are published, you are allowed to choose who may perform it FIRST. (after that, it's called a compulsory license and you must allow its performance, but you still get paid EVERY time it is played!)
