What is the best way to get in touch with editors or writers from a magazine or article?

i am working on an article and i want to interview them....please i need advice!

Get an issue of the magazine, look on the inside cover and there is usually a list of staff and at the bottom is "how to contact". Good luck!

its in the second page after ads and after contents
but its different for each magazine some have it
in the back
