Who is this Seventeen model?

So I was bored in History and we had some free time. My teacher likes to keep magazines around, so what the heck, I figured I'd flip through one.

I picked Seventeen magazine, and upon flipping through it, I stumbled upon one of the prettiest girls (in my opinion). She's on page 133, and has shortish blonde hair with freckles. I instantly knew that I had to find out who she was.

Unfortunately all I did was write the page number down, and I had to leave. I'm not certain what issue it was, but I think it was December, because I remember seeing Christmas American Eagle ads, so it must have been from last year.

So who is this mystery girl? Thank you so much!
