And the top of the page should have current French sayings.

A La Mode: means "fashionbable"
Chez Mode:"The Home of Fashion"
Tres A La Mode wich means "very fashionable".
A La Mode Aujourd'hui: means "Fashionable Today"

I think its either Couture or Mode that stands for fashion..one of those two if its couture than just change mode to couture.
