I got my first seventeen mag. but what about the free gift?

i ordered seventeen mag and i finally got it today. when i ordered it i was supose to get a free make-up bag and make-up but it didnt come with the mag today. explain please?!

I got a free bag with my subscription to Self (I know, not the same magazine, but still). I got the first issue 3 days before I got the bag.

i remember having the same problem!
it will come, it just takes longer.
i remember it took mine up to 6 weeks to come after the first issue came.
