I love to read any books, magazine short stories , all sorts no discrimnation on any books?

one thing i don't like reading is that magazine on crimes & murder iam asking this question out of curiousity because when iwas in 8th class iwas reading one magazine on crimes and murders when father saw me reading he pulled this magazine and threw it out of the house and warned me reading such magazine that has still been in my mind whenever i see such magazine i avoid it was it correct what my father did?

A parents influence in their children is a life long effect.

There could be something in his past as well that made him react that way when he seen you reading that.... OR he thought it would harm your future if he allowed you to be influenced with the magazine.
NO I think he made the right choice taking it away and was firm to you about what he was going to allow you to read.
Parents SHOULD sensor what children read watch and come in contact with either people or friends.

IF you once you are out of your parents home or after the age of 18 when life's ground rules are set still want to read this sort of publishing...... GO for it read away.
Might even help you make a choice with a job..... but as a child....you didn't need to read all the gory details.

I think you are older now may be married or at marriable age. Think what you will do if you find your son/daughter are reading such magazines. Decide yourself.
