My cousin is 10 years old, 71 lbs., can she be a model?

My cousin is 10 years old and she weighs around 71 pounds. She's Asian. She has natural skin, but she has buckteeth, but she has so much compassion and interest for modeling!!! She wants to model for Justice, Limited Too, Gap, Seventeen, and many other stores. How can I contact them so that I can get her to model in the magazines and stuff? PLEASE! She's not perfect, but she's very okay...can she still be a model? If she can, can you please tell me some modeling agencies that I can contact? She's also on a low budget....so if that's possible, maybe make it a low price? PLEASE!!!

She would be ideal - pick up the phone and talk to Kate Moss its a great career choice for a 10 year old perfect. Do you know what deluded means, no, well she will tell you after her first engagement and will be earning mega bucks to go with her teethies.

ya probably but most agencies depend entirely on what her face looks like. try googling agencies in your area, if thats what she wants to do, its to harsh to do if u dont like it, trust me.
