The main context of in the pony means that you wear combine cowgirl couture, pigtails and "bling", but also could mean a type of hat.They are western-style hats feature a heart-shaped opening in the back of the hat鈥檚 crown that is surrounded by bling. The Pony Up hat also has a second heart shaped opening in the brim to pull hair through. |
