What will happen if I don't pay a magazine subscription payment? |
I thought I agreed to look at the magazines that they had and make a decision afterwards, but instead of sending me the magazine list they sent me a bill and I no longer want the magazines at all. What if I never paid the first payment and never received any magazines and am now getting harrasing phone calls? Write "Cancel" across the bill and send it back, otherwise they will keep billing you for it. Most have a trial period and will not charge you for the first copy, if you cancel right away. They probably won't send any more. You should contact them and talk to them about it. They will keep on sending you more and more magazines, not only that! They will send you more bills and if you don't pay! That bill will follow you for the rest of your life! TRUST ME! YOU WANT TO PAY THAT BILL! I would probably call the magazine company and tell them that you don't want the subscription and I would also write CANCEL in big bold letters on the bill and send it back. |
